This was a great Hotel. The rooms were nice, despite the tiny bathroom. We had an issue with the AC in our first room and they addressed it right away. While they weren't able fix it, they quickly moved us to another room with a fabulous view. Great location as well, within walking distance of so much. The hot tub was a nice perk as well, it was nice and hot. The staff was very friendly and welcoming as well.

Great stay. Went with a friend and my nephew and the location was perfect distance from T mobile stadium. Away from the chaos but just a quick ride down. My friend had stayed here before and she said the room we had must have been redone. It was nice for an affordable place. Good view. They let us check in early which worked great for our plans for the day. The only thing that I don't like is we wanted to come back in July and all the prices have more then doubled!

My husband and I were in town for a night to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately, at the start of it, we were met with one problematic issue after another. A reservations were messed up, which was at no fault of the hotel, there was a young man named Chris at the front desk, who is very accommodating and helpful through that situation. The company we booked through Groupon was refusing to refund double booking us for two rooms. The front desk staff was also very helpful to get me all the information I need to verify thanks for my refund. The food and beverage staff was exceptional. Working under constraints of a big game in town. Short staffed. I have worked restaurant management for years. In the morning when I had breakfast, there was a waitress named Kelly, who was on her own and smiling, polite with the customers that were rude about a mixup with toast. All of her tables were happy and taken care of, and that was by herself. Eventually, the front end manager and another waitress arrived. The front manager was turning people away, even though there were tables available that they could’ve been seated and informed that they were expecting longer weights with food orders. Instead, she was rude, barking and patiently at her staff in front of customers, treated one couple as if they were little children who “were already told to wait.” Which she barked at one of her righteousness who tried to see them after she had told them it would be a 30 minute wait. She told her waitress that they had to clear tables before they can see more people. Tables were cleared and she still continued to turn people away, and her and one of the waitresses were standing in a corner on their phones instead of setting a large table that could have seated quite a few. With approximately four other tables open and set. All the wild Kelly was refilling glasses checking on orders and customers. She deserves a race at a promotion to be your front end manager. She knows what she’s doing even

We are definitely loyal to the Warwick brand, having stayed at several of their hotels in various cities. I genuinely like the Seattle one and make it a point to stay here when I come back to our old hometown from Portland. The staff is truly wonderful and the location can’t be beat. I love the city views and the mini balconies. The rooms are clean and comfortable and I love the big bathrooms. I have a toddler so the pool and hot tub are always a big hit. The pool room and the gym are very clean, modern and comfortable- definitely not giving DaysInn indoor pool and treadmill vibes. For everyone complaining about the cost of parking: we don’t ever park at the hotel, and you can find cheap parking for $15 only a block away on SpotHero. The only suggestion I have for improvements is to provide a couple flatter imitation down or down pillows in every room! The hotel is more than generous when it comes to pillows (I think our room this stay has eight in a king bed alone) but they’re all VERY overstuffed and uncomfortable to sleep on. Oh, and bathrobes would come in really handy with the pool! Overall, thanks to the staff and hotel for another great stay! We had so much fun here, as always.

We had a very pleasant stay at Warwick Hotel! We were stranded i Seattle for two days because of a flight cancellation. The restaurant attached to it, Margaux, was really delicate and the staff super sweet and friendly. Our breakfast waiter, Kelly M, was the best - thank you!
